Manage the production process from start to finish:
As the Production Coordinator, you’ll be in charge of overseeing every aspect of the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service and support:
You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, providing them with the support they need and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers & internal teams:
You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time and according to clients’ expectations.

Oversee the quality control of orders:
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all merchandise products meet the highest quality standards before being delivered to clients.

Keep up to date with industry trends & new products:
Staying current with industry trends and new products is essential to success in this role. You’ll be expected to keep abreast of developments and identify new opportunities for Pinksheep.


Prior Experience:
While prior experience as a Production Coordinator is desirable, it is not a requirement. We are open to considering applicants from a range of backgrounds who possess the necessary skills and attributes for the role.

Working under Pressure:
Fast-Paced Environment: The Production Coordinator must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet the needs of our clients. The ability to multi-task and work under pressure is critical to the success of this role.

Computer Skills:
The Production Coordinator will need to be proficient in basic computer skills such as emailing, web browsing, and CRM use. This is essential for effective communication with clients and suppliers, as well as for keeping accurate records of production processes.

Organizational Skills:
Effective organization and time management is key to the success of this role. The Production Coordinator must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Communication Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams. The Production Coordinator must be confident and articulate in their communication, both verbally and in writing.

Additionally, our office is closed between Christmas Eve and the first working day of the new year so you will be gifted this time off too.
