1. Launching Web Stores:
Lead the creation and launch of new, high-profile web stores, working hand in hand with our sales team. From taking the brief to launching the final product, you’ll guide each project with expertise, ensuring a seamless process and effective communication throughout, building customer trust and satisfaction. No coding skills required!

2. Managing Web Store Inventory:
Ensure our web store inventory is accurate, up-to-date, and in sync with our physical warehouse inventory. You’ll add new products, update product information, remove discontinued items, and adjust quantities to reflect sales and restocking.

3. Coordinating with the Production Team:
Collaborate with the production team to keep goods replenished and inventory levels at optimal levels. Regular communication and coordination are key to guaranteeing a smooth, efficient process.

4. Tracking Deliveries and Resolving Issues:
Track deliveries and handle any related issues, keeping track of orders and deliveries, communicating with customers and suppliers, and resolving problems quickly.

5. Updating the Web Store:
You’ll be responsible for making changes and updates to the web store, ensuring it remains user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional. Regular maintenance, product updates, and fast-loading pages are just a few of the tasks you’ll tackle.


1. Proven Project Management Expertise:
We’re looking for a seasoned project manager with a proven track record. You should have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and web technologies and be able to demonstrate your experience in driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

2. Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills:
In this fast-paced role, you’ll need to be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay on top of deadlines. Your organizational and time management skills will be key to your success, allowing you to keep track of all webstore projects and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

3. Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment:
As a Webstore Manager at Pinksheep, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll need to be quick on your feet and able to adapt to change. Your ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once will be critical to your success in this role.

4. Excellent Communication Skills:

Finally, we’re looking for someone who is familiar with e-commerce platforms and web technologies and who is passionate about using technology to drive results. Your understanding of these tools will be critical in ensuring that our clients’ web stores are up-to-date, user-friendly, and perform optimally.
